1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for inspecting product quality, adhering to safety guidelines, and contributing to process improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be 18 years or older and demonstrate key competencies such as concern for product quality and safety, collaboration with team members, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency. Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequently lifting and moving products up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting with ease.
