1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes and achieve budget goals. Additionally, you will operate equipment safely and report any product quality or safety issues to management.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
