1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, with different shift schedules available based on your preference.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, perform various physical tasks, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
