1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and organize the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
