1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adaptable and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
