1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently and accurately.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
