1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 45 pounds and operating warehouse equipment.
