1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a crucial role in stocking and organizing merchandise, ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Collaborate on process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks, with strong communication and basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
