Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations and provide input for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
