Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise through the warehouse to fulfill orders and maintain inventory levels. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and support budget goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
