1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
