1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker for ALDI. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and requires working 30-35 hours per week with different schedule options. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and organizing incoming stock, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Additionally, you will collaborate with the warehouse team and assist in inventory management. This role requires physical agility, ability to work independently, and good communication skills.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures, strong communication skills, and basic arithmetic abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures including outdoor and cold environments.
