1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
