1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication, basic math, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
