1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, maintaining warehouse appearance, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and provide input for process improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
