1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This role offers up to $18.00- $22.00 per hour, with 30-35 hours per week. The position requires working in various schedules, including Schedule B. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for efficient stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading, and warehouse cleanliness. You will work closely with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to maintain product quality and safety standards. This role also involves inventory management, process improvement suggestions, and adherence to budget goals.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent organizational skills and efficiency in execution.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
• Working in varying temperatures and environments.
