1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining warehouse appearance standards, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues to management.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.

• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
