1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Perform various physical tasks in warehouse environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
