Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Efficiently relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic.
