1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our dynamic team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our valued customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying warehouse conditions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and compliance with company policies.
