1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in receiving, sorting, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. You will collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
