1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and uphold safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, report safety concerns, and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, handle basic arithmetic, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
