1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing and preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to lift and move up to 45 pounds of products.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
