Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. The role involves selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, loading goods for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will work collaboratively with team members and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input on process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
