We are currently hiring for multiple schedules for the role of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, stocking, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment and delivery to stores. This role requires collaboration with warehouse team members, adherence to safety guidelines, and a commitment to achieving warehouse efficiency and cleanliness standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic and collaboration with the team.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
