1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock selection and delivery processes to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
