Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker. In this part-time role, you will play a key part in efficiently managing stock and ensuring products are prepared for store deliveries. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise and prepare it for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with warehouse leadership.
• Participate in inventory counts and offer process improvement suggestions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to efficiently organize work and follow company guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting objects up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment safely.
• Works effectively in varying temperatures and physical environments.
