1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This is a part-time position with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold environments.
