1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores. You will play a key role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards and ensuring product quality and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
