1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, fulfill store orders, and reorganize merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare shipments, unload deliveries, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, make independent decisions within designated responsibilities, and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma preferred with the ability to perform physical tasks and operate warehouse equipment safely.
