1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly and meets high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Suggest process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
