Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise in the warehouse for store deliveries. Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and strategically load merchandise for shipment.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaborative spirit, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
