1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, positive attitude, and efficient work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
