1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in the warehouse operations, including selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
