1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Report product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues to warehouse management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
