1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour (based on shift differentials). As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
