1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This role offers competitive starting wages of up to $22.75 per hour, with average hours ranging from 30-35 per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
