1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Ensure warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements are met.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect and consult on product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Good communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
