1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our warehouse team at Aldi. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering stock to our stores. You will collaborate with your team to ensure the warehouse is well-organized and products are prepared for shipment. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to keep the warehouse safe and presentable.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude and resilience to challenges.
• Ability to make decisions and follow instructions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
