1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling store orders efficiently, ensuring product integrity, and maintaining a safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and productivity.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
