1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to work within a team and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
