1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a critical role in fulfilling store orders efficiently and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving performance goals.
• Inspect product quality and escalate any safety or sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
