1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM, and there are various schedule options available to suit different preferences.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements suggested to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
