Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. As part of the team, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
