Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency as outlined in ALDI Acts competencies.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
• Team player with the flexibility to work in changing environments.
