1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, cleaning, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with colleagues, provide input for process improvements, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic operations, and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, perform various physical tasks, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
