1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and participate in warehouse inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures.
