Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for efficient preparation and delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to enhance warehouse operations.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work systematically and cooperatively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
