1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with shifts starting at 7:00 AM. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean warehouse areas, participate in inventory counts, and provide input for process improvement.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety, and act independently within the scope of responsibility.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, team collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Perform physical tasks in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
