1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders from stores promptly.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
